TAMPA - A self-described "traffic geek," Meredyth Censullo has been covering the morning commute in Tampa Bay since 2005, and has been a member of the ABC Action News morning team since September, 2008. The morning show's resident social-media guru, Meredyth maintains a popular Twitter feed, @TampaBayTraffic. You can also find her traffic reports weekday mornings on the home page of our website.

Prior to joining WFTS, Meredyth was the morning traffic reporter and a feature reporter for WTSP in Tampa, and was nominated for an Emmy Award (2008) for her work at that station. She previously worked at WJHL, Tri-Cities TN/VA,  WDBJ in Roanoke, VA, and WHSV Harrisonburg, VA, covering everything from news to weather to education.

Meredyth is most proud of a report she did about a mother of three who was dying of liver disease. The story prompted a viewer to volunteer to donate a portion of his liver to save her life, resulting in the first stranger-to-stranger living liver donor transplant in the world. Since then, Meredyth has been a supporter of blood and tissue donation.

Meredyth shares her house with her husband, step-daughter and several furry "kids," her Labradoodle Mattie and rescue kitties Kiya and Dexter.
