I'm at a loss for words, which doesn't happen often.

Jim Leavitt's Bulls looked lifeless today at Heniz Field in Pittsburgh.

The final score, 41-14, reflected it.

If there was a positive to pull out of this game, I didn't see it.  There is concern.  Lifeless might have been a kind way of putting it.  It looked as if the team quit.

Their once proud defense, allowing only 9.4 points a game has given up 34 and 41 points respectively the past two weeks.

Could it have been the inferior opponents they played to open the season.  Likely.

But then again, the FSU win was dominating, on the road.  What happened to that team?

This October swoon we're seeing year to year is dishearting to USF fans and alumni.

Going from a top 25 team to a blip on the college radar screen.

Talk is ramping up that perhaps a change needs to be made to get over that October hump.

A difficult choice one will have to make, if they choose to.

Something needs to happen, and soon.
