As the Buccaneers prepare to take the field today against Carolina, they should have Tim Tebow's quote taped to the lockers.
It's a quote that refers to something we have brought up several times this season.
It has to do with an intangible you can't measure.
Its called HEART.
After Florida beat Arkansas Saturday, Tim Tebow was quoted as saying, 'I honestly think the reason we won it was because of our heart.'
By all rights, Arkansas should have won yesterday. They created four Florida fumbles, and five sacks against the #1 team in the country.
Even the mighty, in most instances, don't beat those efforts. Florida did.
Your only chance of overcoming obstacles like the one Florida faced goes beyond ability.
Florida Wide Receiver Riley Cooper said of Tebow before the final drive to get into field goal range, "He (Tebow) told us we will drive down the field, and we will win this game."
I believe, as stated in my Bucs prediction earlier this week, the Bucs will win their first game of the season today at Ray Jay.
Why? To tell you flat out, after the Eagles game, I saw enough that gave me an overwhelming feeling they are ready. They just don't know it yet.
A strong feeling came over me........in my heart.
