STUART, FL -- A Martin County man literally created quite a stink when he broke into someone's backyard naked and covered with feces.
In an instant, he created a huge cleaning bill by jumping into the homeowner's swimming pool.
21-year-old Robert Stark Higgins was charged with burglary to an occupied dwelling, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor theft.
The homeowner told deputies he heard someone crash through the screen of his pool and take a splash Saturday night. Authorities say Higgins grabbed a towel and took off.
K-9's were brought in and had a very easy time tracking him down.
Higgins told deputies he'd had a few.
He was being held at the Martin County Jail on $10,500 bail.
Jail officials said he did not immediately have an attorney who would go near him.
