DAYTONA BEACH, FL -- Robbing a bank is risky business.  It gets even riskier if you forget to fill 'er up.

Cops say 38-year-old Randall Walker went into the Riverside National Bank and demanded money from a teller, who reluctantly complied.

Walker jumped into a Jeep driven by his partner-in-crime, 35-year-old Jason Dietrich.

A very short time later, they were up the street and out of gas.

The ditched the Jeep and took off on foot.

One problem, the Cherokee was registered to Dietrich.

He and his pal are now charged with bank robbery.  If they want out of jail, they'll have to cough up $50,000 in bail money.
