ORLANDO, FL -- The nanny that's suing Casey Anthony is screaming for her day in court.

According to WFTV in Orlando, lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez filed a motion on Tuesday asking a judge to set a trial date, and set it soon.

Casey Anthony told authorities in the summer of 2008, that the last person to see her daughter, Caylee, alive was a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez says doing that soiled her good name.

The Orange County nanny is asking for at least $15,000 dollars in damages.

Casey Anthony's defense team in her criminal case filed a motion on Tuesday. WFTV in Orlando reports that Anthony's attorneys have asked for all documents surrounding Texas EquuSearch about the search for Caylee Anthony.

Anthony's defense attorneys say while EquuSearch claims no volunteers searched the woods where Caylee's body was found, volunteers were spotted there prior to the discovery of the little girl's body.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled in January for Casey Anthony's murder case.

Casey is due in court again next month on completely separate criminal charges.  A pre-trial hearing is scheduled in her check fraud case for December 11.

Anthony is charged with stealing checks from her best friend.  The trial date is set for January 25.
