ORLANDO, FL --  Casey Anthony's grandmother, Shirley Plesea, told investigators during an August 2008 interview that Casey stole money from her. This, and other details, were included in about 300 pages of documents released Friday by the Orange County State Attorney's Office.

Casey (photos) took a check from her grandmother's purse when she was visiting the Anthony family in 2007.  Plesea said she later found out that Casey took the check from the Mount Dora Police Department.

She used the check to pay for $54 worth of items for Caylee Anthony's 2nd birthday party.

Plesea said she was mad at first but forgave Casey when she apologized.

The documents also include an interview with the Anthony's private investigator, Dominic Casey, who was recorded on video searching the area where Caylee's remains were found a month later (photos).

More crime scene reports and evidence forms are also included in the documents.

The documents were given to Casey's defense team earlier this week.

Casey, who turned 23 on Thursday, is scheduled to stand trial for murder in October.
