I do agree that if a child is missing ANY CHILD, That we should use EVERY resorce that we have to look and keep looking for them until they are found. I for one would want to know if a child in my state was missing or if a missing child might be in my state. But the fact is that unless the media lets the public know that a chils is missing - how would we know to keep an eye out. Maybe if enough people let the local media know that they wanted to see this, then they might devote the last 2-3 mins of thier broadcast to the missing kids out there. Face it Florida wants to be know as a HAPPY PLACE and bad media just gets pushed aside ecspecially if a child is involved. I know not only do I live in Fl. but, I worked in a trama unit as an RN for many years and sooooooo many bad things just never hit the news. meanwhile all this "happy crap" was out there. After all would people want to bring thier kids to Florida if they heard about missing kids while they were here?

This was very sad for Caylee who will never see her 16th birthday,going to college,having friends,getting married and never having grandchildren of her own.This was all taken away from her. How many other children have had short lives because of a hand that touched them last?How many right now are missing in the State of Fl?Look at that little black boy who is 6 yrs old with a mind of a 2 yr old and how much coverage is of him. Whose going to take the steps of helping to find him?
