ORLANDO, FL (AP) -- The grandparents of slain Florida toddler Caylee Anthony are set to make an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show sometime in May.

The television talk show says Cindy and George Anthony will speak about their granddaughter and the investigation into her death.

The interview with Oprah will be their first sit-down since Caylee's remains were found in December (photos), six months after she disappeared.

Casey Anthony (photos) has been charged with murdering her 2-year-old daughter. Her trial is set for October.
