ORANGE COUNTY, FL -- Casey Anthony's defense teams wants her murder case dismissed saying the state did not allow defense experts to be present when investigators processed the scene where Caylee Anthony's remains were found.

In a "Motion To Dismiss Due To Spoliation Of Evidence" the defense claims the state failed to preserve any evidence that could clear Casey.

She's accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter whose remains were found near the Anthony home last December 11.  The defense team was allowed to inspect the area on the 19th.

In the motion to dismiss, Jose Baez and Andrea Lyon wrote, "Without access to crime scene before the state removed the remains and topsoil, Miss Anthony was unable to gather evidence regarding the precise arrangement of the remains and the surrounding landscape."

The defense also wants all videotaping of jail visits by attorneys and family stopped and asked that all previous videos by destroyed.

The motions were two of many put before Circuit Judge Stan Strickland on Thursday.
