ORANGE COUNTY, FL -- Casey Anthony's defense team is going after the prosecutors in her murder trial.
Jose Baez filed an emergency motion late Tuesday. In it, he claims the prosecution is violating Casey's 6th Amendment right to counsel of her choice.
Baez bases his motion on the fact that someone with the Satate Attorney's Office recently complained to the Florida Bar about him. Baez claims prosecutors are trying to taint him and are interfering with Casey's defense.
Baez says the state attorney's complaint was egregious and prejudicial. He wants to put prosecutors on the stand to explain themselves. A legal analyst told Orlando station WFTV that's not likely to happen.
Because the complaint was filed late in the day, there has been no comment from prosecutors or the judge who received the motion.
Baez has denied allegations that he has entertainment deals based on outcome of Casey's trial. Such agreements are prohibited.

CASEY ANTHONY VOODOO DOLL TURNS UP ON EBAYThere's another bizarre twist in the ever-changing story of Casey Anthony.
Bidding is now underway for a limited edition Casey Anthony voodoo doll. As of Wednesday morning, the price stood at $71.00 with 17 bids. A New Orleans artist, described as a jeweler and spiritual healer, is offering a line of dolls depicting the mother of the slain Orlando toddler.
This comes in the same week in which a Florida company withdrew distribution of a 'Caylee Sunshine doll.' The company received numerous complaints about the doll they called "a tribute" to the slain 2 year old girl.
The eBay offering for the Casey Anthony doll comes with handcuffs a holy bible and "those famous White Sunglasses". The ad explains that:

Three different versions of the doll including the Casey Anthony Mad Money Doll and the Casey Anthony Sing the Blues Doll. The artist, who is unnamed in the ad, has not yet responded to a for comment.
GEORGE ANTHONY REMAINS HOSPITALIZED AFTER APPARENT SUICIDE ATTEMPT
The father of Casey Anthony continues to undergo treatment at a Daytona Beach hospital.
George Anthony was taken to Halifax Medical Center last Friday by police after his attorney called 911 and reported him missing and possibly suicidal.
In the call to the 911 dispatcher, Anthony attorney Brad Conway said, "George Anthony has been gone since 8:30 this morning and he has taken several bottles of medication from his house...We're worried he's done something to himself."
Police finally tracked him down through cell phone signals. He was at a Daytona Beach motel. Officers say he was melancholy and despondent. They also found a multi page suicide note.
