ORLANDO, FL -- The brother of Casey Anthony arrived at the law offices of Morgan and Morgan this morning to to give sworn statements in a civil suit filed against his sister.

Members of the news media were not allowed inside, although had been invited by Keith Mitnik, who is the attorney for Gonzalez..

Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez claims Casey defamed her by saying a woman with the same name kidnapped Casey's daughter, Caylee Anthony (photos).

Lee Anthony was expected to be asked what he knows about Gonzalez. Mitnik believes he can prove Lee doesn't know anything about a babysitter or a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez.

Lee and Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, had been scheduled to be deposed in the Gonzalez defamation suit this week.  But their attorney, Brad Conway, won a delay.

Conway was given 20 days to show evidence that the Anthonys are suffering too much psychological stress to be deposed at this time.

The judge also gave members of the media 20 days to come up with a good reason why they should be allowed to attend George and Cindy's deposition.

Investigators say 2-year-old Caylee Anthony was murdered.  Her remains were found in December.  Casey Anthony (photos) is accused of killing her daughter.
