It is amazing to me how a defenseless innocent child can lay buried in a wooded area after going through, what I can only imagine as, horrific agony while her mother takes investigators, as well as her family, on a wild goose chase to find her. And now after all this time and questioning she STILL sits behind bars eating what MY taxes pay for, lying in a bed that MY taxes furnished so that she can doodle on a piece of paper, that I am sure MY taxes paid for as well, she is innocent. Who cares about all of this crap about who sells what story or what photos or where the money is going or coming? The piece of garbage of a woman needs to be prosecuted and put in agony just like her daughter was and stop wasting time and money!!! AND if there was a so called 'STORY' then that there should be even more reason and evidence to put her away for LIFE!!!

Jose Baez's stated that it's "nobody's business" how Casey pays for her defense. I beg to differ with him. If Casey is paying for her defense in anyway which might be a conflict of interest, which would result in a mistrial or provide grounds for appeal, then it is indeed the State's business where those funds are coming from. Casey's affidavit states that she has no agreements to sell her "story," however it does not address the sale of photographs or what is referred to as "Murderabilia." If Jose Baez is directing the sale of items for Casey to raise funds for her "dream team," then that would be a conflict of interest. If her "dream team" has signed on pro bono -- meaning "for free," they cannot later come back and collect at a later date. Her "dream team" cannot work on a "contingent basis," either. So, you see, payment arrangments are, indeed, relevant.
