YONKERS, NY -- Consumer Reports surveyed more than 70,000 subscribers to identify America’s top five chain restaurants.
The Capital Grill,
First Watch and McCormick and Schmick’s – all with metro locations – and
Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano and
Maggiano’s Little Italy won the top spots when compared amongst 101 of the nation’s most popular restaurants.
The magazine rated restaurants on overall satisfaction, food quality, value, service, mood and choice.
The survey also identified restaurants customers didn’t like as well.
Consumer Reports listed
Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar,
Joe’s Crab Shack and
Friendly’s as receiving some of the lowest ratings.
