TAMPA BAY, FL -- Almost everyone wants the coolest new gadgets and gizmos.  But with all the changing specs and frustrating lingo, it's hard to shop for electronics without finding yourself confused or overwhelmed.

But before you approach the salesperson who's been hovering nearby, there's some things about their tactics and training you may want to know.
