Clerk shot in gas station robbery attempt

TAMPA, FL -Tampa Police are looking for two men who tred to rob a Marathon Gas Station early this morning and shot a store clerk. 

Police say the suspects entered the store and one of them pointed a silver revolver at the clerk and demanded money.  The clerk refused and the suspect fired one time hitting the clerk in the left shoulder.  The suspect attempted to fire at the clerk again but the gun malfunctioned. Both suspects fled the scene.

The clerk has been identified as 50 year old Abdelaziz of Tampa.  He was treated and released from Tampa General.

Suspect #1 is described as being 5'10", 145-155lbs, black hair/brown eyes, medium skin complexion. He was last seen wearing a black "White Sox" baseball cap, green "Ecko" tee shirt with Rhino logo on front, tan baggy shorts and white sneakers.

Suspect #2 is described as 5'10"-6'0, 160-180lbs, medium-dark skin complexion. He was last seen wearing a black ski cap, blue/white bandana on the front of his face, dark gray jacket, long black tee shirt and dark colored jeans.  He  was armed with a silver revolver.
