A 61-year-old man in an Ohio Kroger store hit the store manager over crab cakes, police say.

Ralph Barr got into a fight with store manager Monte Erwin over the price of the crab cakes.

The price was apparently a mistake, and Erwin offered Barr the first pound at a discounted price and the rest at the correct price.

Barr didn't like that, and proceeded to spit in Erwin's face, head butt him repeatedly, and punch him in the face, breaking his glasses.

Barr says Erwin hit him with a price gun, but Erwin says the gun was a round his wrist and might have hit Barr while he was defending himself.

Witnesses say Erwin didn't hit Barr.

Kroger manager Ken Koch said they've never had a customer act that way before.
