CHATTANOOGA, TN -- A man was caught in a case of "wrong taco, wrong time" when he tried to rob a fast food joint.
Dustin Bell entered a Chattanooga Taco Bell, pointed a gun at an employee, and demanded money.
What he didn't do was scan the restaurant for other patrons.
Chattanooga Police Officer Victor Miller watched as Bell took $275 and began to head out of the restaurant.
Officer Miller confronted Bell, who began to run. After a short pursuit, Officer Miller caught up with Bell and arrested him.
Bell was charged with aggravated robbery.
