North Carolina Police didn't find humor or inspiration in an NC State student's latest art project.
Joseph Carnevale was arrested after he made a "monster" out of construction barrels and placed it on the side of the road.
Carnevale documented the creation of the sculpture on his blog,
nopromiseofsafety.com.
Police charged Carnevale with larceny for taking materials from a construction site at a roundabout project to create the monster.
He will face a judge on July 21.
