An unemployed Cincinnati man was stopped by police after he allegedly planned to kill his former boss.
Police say John Rosser, 28, told the property manager of his apartment complex that he couldn't pay his rent.
Then, he put on fatigues and armed himself with a handgun and several knives.
A detective said it was "like a Rambo situation."
Police found Rosser near the convention center downtown and arrested him.
He has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and attempted murder. He is being held on $525,000 bond.
