A Cincinnati man allegedly told police he didn't need valid license plates because he was Jesus.

An officer pulled over 30-year-old William Wayt for having expired license plates.

Wayt allegedly told the officer that he was Jesus and that he owned 49 states. He said he didn't need to provide identification or have tags because he was on his own land.

The officer wasn't convinced that Jesus would be driving a 1979 Chevy truck, so he booked Wayt on misdemeanor charges of driving under suspension, false statements and improper display.
