Thrifty Car Rental wants to help you save money in return for helping them out.
The rental service has too many cars at it's Florida airport locations, so it is offering $1/day rentals for cars heading to certain airport locations around the country.
You must pick up your rental in Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Miami, Orlando, West Palm Beach, or right here in Tampa.
The airport locations that you can drop a car off are in Kansas City, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Louisville, and Philadelphia. Also, two locations are offered in Chicago.
The deal is for a mid-size car and the maximum rental period is 7 days.
After 7 days, drivers will be charged $65/day and a hefty one-way drop fee.
