The sagging economy cost Debbie Krieter her last position at an air conditioning company. “In the middle of January they said it was very slow and they had to lay me off.”
Debbie's search for work netted zero offers until she tuned into the ABC Action News job bank March 30th.
As fate would have it Joni King of Kelly services took Debbie's call that day. “I knew we had a position for a company, Comfort Systems USA and they are an air conditioning company. In talking with Debbie I found she had worked the almost same exact position at a company previous.”
Two days later Debbie interviewed with Comfort Systems USA in Tampa. “By the time I went back over the bridge to the St. Pete side they were calling me from Kelly services to say the customer wanted to offer me the job.”
Debbie started her job on Monday. “So would you say the job bank works? Yes I would say it definitely works.”
