Bay Area Viewers Continue Choosing ABC Action News as the Local News Leader With Ratings Wins at 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.
News viewing habits in the Bay area continue to change and
ABC Action News WFTS-TV continues to grow as the market leader. Following the recent November victory,
ABC Action News won the February 2013 ratings period in the highly sought after Adult 25-54 and Women 25-54 demographics during the M-F early evening and late night newscasts. February 2013 also marks 11 months in a row that
ABC Action News has won the early evening news block in W25-54.

In the competitive 11 p.m. news race,
ABC Action News is again the winner in the key demographics.
ABC Action News lead the way with a 1.44 A25-54 rating and 2.09 W25-54 rating, followed by WTVT-TV (1.36/1.86), WTSP-TV (1.12/1.35), WFLA-TV (1.10/1.26), and BN9 (0.28/0.24). This achievement comes just after
ABC Action News at 11 p.m. was rated number one in January 2013 and the average for all of 2012 in these same target demos.
